#1.  This is one of the more random signs that can be found throughout the flea market. Saturday one of the more suspicious vendors approached me with a stack of these and asked if he could have permission to post them through the place. I told him if he thought it would cut down on thievery (which isn't really a problem) to go for it! There are probably 20 of them within eye sight of my office.

#2.  We have a water bottling company set up at the flea market. The water is locally found (I guess I can say that) and filtered. They specialize in designing personal labels for local schools, businesses, and churches. This is one of the labels. Climax is apparently a town in Kentucky. Every weekend a middle-aged man comes in and buys a 24-pack of water with this label. Always with this label. He told me he likes to buy it for when his buddies come over. He thinks it's funny. And so do they. Apparently they like to sit around on the deck talking about their- Well. use your imagination. I just wonder why they don't buy a case of Corona.

#3.  This is Birthday Cake #1. Will (an assistant manager) and I have the same birthday. We are constantly teased about it. I love the man dearly but he and I clash quite often. He has no business class at all. Someone said it took all day to sneak the cake passed me.

#4.  Needless to say it surprised me. It's not often something goes on at the flea market that I don't know about.

#5.  I was even more surprised when I got home and saw this strung out across the porch. Friday afternoon my brother called me from school and said he needed 5 yards of blue fabric for an "art project." Psh!! Yeah. Right. He spent Friday night painting it into a banner.

#6.  When I walked inside the door I saw Tyla (my best friend) with...

#7.  Obscenely large balloons. I've known this girl since we were 12 and every year she's bought me very BIG balloons for my birthday. This one was bigger than my ceiling fan.

#8.  Apparently Tyla and Kari had spent two weeks planning a surprise birthday party for me. I made it very hard on them. Tyla had tried stealing my cell phone during psychology class to get numbers of some of my friends she wasn't well acquainted with. She should have known it would be impossible as I spent most of my time texting Josh. Kari tried stealing it when I was in the shower, however she could never seem to find it. They tried MySpace but... I have my friends list hidden. Tyla finally resorted to Facebook and messaged a bunch of friends we graduated with. All in all about 25 people I went to school with showed up. Some of them I hadn't seen since we graduated, nearly two years ago. Which was good because...

#9.  Birthday Cake #2 needed to be eaten.

#10.  Even my cousin (dad's side), Lori, came. I'm 6 days older than she, so we should be close, right? Uh... No. She lives 10 miles away and I'm to say I'm just now getting to know her. She's different, very skinny, very addicted to energy drinks, but VERY cool.

#11.  We spent a few hours playing euchre. I stuck this picture Jeffy in because it's LITERALLY the only clear picture I have of the kid. He hates his picture taken. It really is a goal of mine to catch a good one. I walk around the house with my camera trying to catch him off guard. I have a whole collage of pictures of him... all with something in his face. They range from basketballs, fishing poles, cats, to hats. He's so quick to move. I had to hide my camera to get this one, hence the strange angle.

Anyway... That's all for now. I suppose I'll post more pictures in a few days. My friend's promised to send me more...
